Bellavance Beverage Corporation, a local distributer of Budweiser and other fine beers, had a project program for office headquarters and a Controlled Environment Warehouse, whose temperature settings and humidity control would conform to the strict policies established by Budweiser.
The 80,000 sq. ft. facility includes 65,000 sq. ft of warehouse storage, and 15,000 sq. ft of office. Its refrigeration systems are state-of-the-art; while its office areas are inviting. The warehouse, designed with a roof height of 35'-0", allows for a flexibility of uses, should the Owners choose.
The Training Room includes a custom bar in one corner, constructed of cherry and curly maple, complete with stainless steel finished fixtures and appliances.
