Fred, a founding partner of CMK, is dedicated to community involvement, having served in a number of positions in the State and Regional Chapters of the American Institute of Architects. He has also served on the Boards of the Governor’s Commission on Disability, Canterbury Shaker Village, Manchester Historic Association, and many more. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), as well as licensed in the states of NH, VT, and MD.
Fred is passionate about Historic Preservation and the built environment and has led the firm through several renovation and restoration projects. He believes that sustainable and high performance design begins with recycling our present buildings to new uses, and toward a long future.
